WINDHAM - Derry Medical Center aims to open its third family practice offices at Castle Commons this summer.
The Planning Board last night unanimously approved a
change of use request for the 49 Range Road property from Mashop
Development that will let the health care provider add to its branches
in Derry and Londonderry.
"The new center in Windham allows us to offer the same
model of cost effective, accessible primary care that we have been
providing since 1965, to prospective patients near exit 3 along the I-93
corridor in Southern New Hampshire," medical director Ted Brooks said
yesterday.
The project involves Southern New Hampshire Internal Medicine, Derry Imaging Center, a medical lab and specialty services.
The project was one of two before the board last night involving medical practices for that neighborhood.
